Corporate Halal Catering in Brampton — Reliable & Authentic
Halal corporate and office catering delivered to Brampton, roughly $20 to $30 per person (quoted on menu and headcount).
The distance, stated plainly
Brampton is one of the longer trips we make. Our kitchen is at 328 Passmore Avenue in north Scarborough, and a Brampton business park is roughly 50 km west, usually 45 to 55 minutes across the 401 and up the 410 into Peel Region. A crash near the 400 or a snow day can stretch that further. None of that rules Brampton out. It just means the order works best when it is planned like a delivery from across the GTA, which it is.
Why a few days' notice matters here
For Brampton, book a few days ahead. That gives us time to schedule the driver around rush hour, build in a buffer for highway delays, and pack a larger order properly for a long ride. Big orders also take longer to cook, and a 50 km drive leaves less room to fix anything on the day. If the date is a company event you have known about for weeks, call as soon as it is on the calendar.
What 80 people costs
Larger orders make the most sense at this distance. A worked example for an 80-person site lunch, split between two combos:
- 40 x Chicken Biryani Combo 1 at quoted for your event
- 40 x Chicken Biryani Combo 2 at quoted for your event
is confirmed in your event quote. quotes each event based on menu and headcount with a 20-person minimum, and each half here is 40, but ask us about mixing combos before you settle on a split. Put the whole site on Combo 1 and it comes to final pricing depends on your menu and headcount. Put everyone on Combo 2 and it is $2,000. The difference is the side dishes: Combo 2 adds deep-fried chicken, pineapple curry, maasi sambal, green-pea cashew curry and custard dessert to the biryani, eggplant mojo and acharu that both share.
Winter deliveries across Peel
From November to March, plan for weather. A few things that help on a snowy day:
- Have the parking lot or the space by the door cleared before the delivery window.
- Give us a mobile number that someone will actually answer, so the driver can call if the roads slow things down.
- Set the serving time a little later than you would in summer, so a slow 410 does not push lunch past the break.
- Have chafing dishes lit and ready, so the food goes straight from the boxes into heat.
Keep the delivery boxes closed until the chafers are hot. If a storm warning lands the day before, call us. It is better to talk through timing early than to guess on the morning.
At the receiving end
An 80-person order is a lot of boxes. Agree on these before the day:
- Which door the driver uses: front reception, a side entrance or a loading dock.
- Where the driver can stop for a few minutes to unload.
- Who signs for the food and checks the order against the confirmation.
- Whether a cart or dolly is available to move trays to the lunchroom.
We do drop-off only, with no servers on site. The food arrives packed and ready to serve, and your team takes it from there.
Picking it up instead
Some Brampton teams prefer to collect. Pickup is on Saturday and Sunday from our kitchen, so it suits a weekend company event more than a weekday lunch. Collecting 80 portions takes more than a hatchback, so bring a vehicle with a flat, clean floor, and plan the route home so the food goes straight to the venue. Our delivery vs pickup guide walks through the trade-offs, and the Brampton corporate catering article has ideas for bigger functions. To book, call or text (647) 449-2924.

Frequently Asked Questions
How early should a Brampton company book?
A few days ahead for a standard lunch, and earlier for a large event. The long drive means we need time to plan the route and timing.
Is there a minimum order for Brampton?
Combos are priced per person with a 20-person minimum. Larger orders make the most sense for a drive of this length, so call us to talk through your numbers.
What happens if roads are bad on the day?
Keep your contact phone close. If weather is forecast, call us the day before so we can plan the timing together.
