Corporate Halal Catering in Oakville — Reliable & Authentic
Halal corporate and office catering delivered to Oakville, roughly $20 to $30 per person (quoted on menu and headcount).
Built for the big company day
Oakville is in Halton Region, about 65 km from our kitchen at 328 Passmore Avenue, a 55 to 65 minute drive across the 401 and down the 403 or QEW, or across the 407. At that distance, a quick lunch for a handful of people is not a good fit. Where we make sense in Oakville is the larger occasion: a town hall, a year-end celebration, a client appreciation afternoon or a full-company meeting where 60 to 150 people sit down at once. Those events are planned weeks ahead anyway, which is exactly the lead time a long delivery needs.
Biryani combo or ghee rice combo?
For a big Oakville event the choice usually comes down to two styles. quotes each event based on menu and headcount with a 20-person minimum.
Chicken Biryani Combo 2, roughly $20 to $30 per person (quoted on menu and headcount)
Chicken biryani, deep-fried chicken, pineapple curry, eggplant mojo, acharu, maasi sambal, green-pea cashew curry and custard dessert. The rice carries most of the flavour on its own, so it is forgiving for guests new to Sri Lankan food. Good for a working lunch or a town hall where people eat and get back to it.
Saffron Ghee Rice Combo, roughly $20 to $30 per person (quoted on menu and headcount)
Saffron ghee rice, boneless mutton devil, fried whole chicken, mango curry, eggplant mojo, dhal curry, maasi sambal, acharu and ktull wattalapam. Ghee rice is milder and richer, and the curries do the talking. More dishes, more colour on the table, and better suited to a celebration where people linger.
Side by side for 60 guests: final pricing depends on your menu and headcount for the biryani combo, or final pricing depends on your menu and headcount for the saffron ghee rice combo, both before tax and delivery. At 120 guests on Chicken Biryani Combo 1 at quoted for your event, the total is confirmed in your event quote, the leanest way to feed a full floor.

Setting up chafing dishes for a crowd
We deliver only, with no servers or staff on site, so a large event needs a plan for heat. For 100 or more people, set two serving lines rather than one, each with its own rice, mains and sides, so the queue moves twice as fast. Put a little hot water in each chafer's water pan before lighting the fuel, keep lids on between servings, and replace a nearly empty pan instead of scraping it. Place desserts on a separate table so people are not waiting behind someone choosing a sweet.
Halal, without a separate table
All our chicken, beef and lamb is HMA-certified halal, with documentation available on request. That means one menu serves everyone, which keeps a company-wide event feeling like one event. Frequently Asked Questions
Is Oakville too far for a small team lunch?
It is a long drive for us, so Oakville works best for larger orders booked well ahead. Call us with your numbers and we will talk it through.
Which combo is better for a celebration?
A ghee rice combo such as the Saffron Ghee Rice Combo at roughly $20 to $30 per person (quoted on menu and headcount) gives more dishes and a richer table. For a working lunch, a biryani combo is simpler.
How many serving lines do we need for 120 people?
Two lines is a sensible setup for that size. Each line gets its own rice, mains and sides so people are not waiting long.
Do you bring chafing dishes?
We do drop-off only. Plan to supply your own chafing dishes or warmers, or rent them, along with fuel and serving spoons.
