How Far in Advance Should You Book Catering?

Book 2–4 weeks ahead for most events, earlier for weddings and Eid.

For most events, 2 to 4 weeks' notice is comfortable. For weddings, large parties of 100+ and peak dates like Eid, book as early as you can — those dates fill fast and the best caterers get reserved first.

A simple timeline

Small gathering (20–40 guests): 1–2 weeks is usually fine. Mid-size event (50–150): 3–4 weeks. Wedding or large community event (200–1,000+): 1–2 months, ideally more. Blessed Kitchen has catered events of 1,000+ guests, and the earlier you lock your date, the smoother it goes.
