Devilled chicken is the dish people order when they want heat with flavour. Pieces of chicken are fried, then tossed in a hot wok with onion, capsicum, green chilli and a sweet, tangy sauce until everything is coated and glossy. It is sweet, spicy and sharp all at once, and it goes with almost anything on our menu.
How we cook it
We fry the chicken first so it holds up, then finish it fast over high heat with onions, peppers and chilli so the vegetables stay crunchy. The sauce ties it together: a little sweet, a good amount of heat, and a tang at the end.

Devilled chicken is great with rice, kottu, string hoppers or on its own. We cook on weekends, for pickup or Uber Eats delivery in range. Zabihah halal.
How to get it
Tell us how hot you want it and we will cook it to match. We are a weekend kitchen, so pickup is from our Scarborough location on Saturday and Sunday, 12 to 5. If you are inside our Uber Eats delivery range, we can also drop it at your door.
